How do I mix more than three sounds?
Upgrade to the one-time unlock inside the app to remove the three-sound limit and access unlimited layering.
Can I listen offline?
Yes. All loops download locally so you can keep listening on flights, during commutes, or when service drops.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are managed by Google Play. Visit play.google.com/store/account, locate your purchase, and choose Report a problem.
Can I save favorite mixes?
Yes. Tap the bookmark icon on any playing combination to save it. Your saved mixes stay synced locally so you can relaunch them in a single tap.
Will timers fade out the audio?
Every timer includes an optional gentle fade. Enable it in settings to lower the volume during the final 30 seconds so the mix ends without sudden silence.
Does the app drain battery?
Ambient Sounds preloads loops and uses low-power audio APIs. On most devices, an hour of playback uses less battery than streaming music over LTE or Wi-Fi.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free listeners can mix up to three sounds, run the 15-minute sleep timer, and will see occasional ads. Premium unlocks unlimited simultaneous sounds, every timer preset (plus custom durations), and an ad-free experience.
